im stress.. i used to think a lot of action i should take in my mind. Thinking about why this life so cruel and what did i done to others that make me suffer. I tried to google for self healing and found that actually writing help u if u really down. Write whatever that come to ur mind and if u feel there a lot of thing u need to do, just list down so that u didnt mix thing or tasks with ur emotion that can coz u to be more depress. Start to manage ur tasks and problem. Separate them so that u can manage one by one and try to ignore issue that wasnt come from u. Sometime u have to learn to ignore thing or issue that wasnt came from u but from other person attitude.
Try 1st step of writing anything in piece of paper. Good luck.
