Don't cling so tightly to the past that you fail to see what's good about the next chapter
Memories will hold you back but remember that you need to keep those memories to see it once a while not to hold to it. Sometimes people ask "why is it so difficult to accept broken heart?"
Actually you can but you choose not to let go. Whisper to your heart and say "i need to forgive myself, let thing go. If this thing are good to me, i wont cry coz one day "it" will come back to me. If this thing not good for me, let "it" go away from me"
Move on with life. Sometime when you're too broken heart, you forgot how nice the coffee smell, how good to dance and laugh with friend and family, how good to know that we still have good health and we waste it for crying and ignore everything while our friend out there fighting diseases for another day to survive.
Smile and start to do what you used to do. dance, movie, reading, jogging, gardening as long you are moving to a new chapter of life.
No one will help but you, will make yourself smile again.
